    Escort Mk4 RS Turbo Introduction

    In 1986 the Mk3 RS Turbo was revised with numerous handling and reliability enhancements.


    Escort Mk4 RS Turbo Specifications

    Engine: CVH 1600 Turbocharged, T3 turbo (water cooled), intercooled.

    Fuel System: Bosch KE Jetronic.

    Transmission: 5-speed gearbox, 220mm clutch, 4.27:1 final drive ratio.

    Suspension

    Brakes: ABS (mechanical).
